SSEF
Even though we didn't get anything in the end, I think it was a really good experience :) Also made friends whom I will never see again. I think the RI and TJ people are going to have a permanent impression of us because of how excited we were to get our food. They are prolly going to generalise NJCians and call us pigs. Oh well. Went around to look at other projects and found out that kinect hates me... It refused to detect my presence grrrrr
Track and Field Meet
(photos credit to Bernice)
This picture is supposed to show how tall I am :) Was extremely horrified to learn that Aaron calls me ssy behind my back -___- Now I am going to permanently give him the 'sneering look' (as they call it) whenever I see him. BUT I AM NOT SHORT. Why do people always make fun of my height?! *hurt*
Formal Dinner
Only took one photo because I had to rush off :( But here is the first friend I made in NJ! It was the best formal dinner ever because of the dance party oh yeahhh
Trip to mummy's house in a village
Well it wasn't really a vacation because most of the time we were cooped up in the forth level of my mum's house doing homework. And munching on snacks, of course. In the first picture we are holding our childhood snack (found them in the supermarket!) ^^ But we did do a little "sightseeing" and it was a very different experience for me. I mean, you don't walk through lines of old houses that only appear in movies every day... My cousin's wedding was super super cool too.
Missed out on soooo much while I was away but I guess it's worth it because family is more important than anything else :)
AND YES I DO HAVE A COWBOY HAT NOW BECAUSE MY UNCLE BOUGHT THEM FOR US. Another childhood dream fulfilled :') I'm a cowgirllll
