Buy me a 'skip ahead' button please?

Can I just skip ahead to the moment when I write the last sentence for my last A level paper ☹

The fact that I'm sitting down to write this means that I've already given up all the hope to do decently for my common tests. I'm just too distracted ☹☹☹ Nonetheless I think there is a huge improvement from promos. At least I'm more motivated and driven now!

Going to be missing in action for some time so I can concentrate on my exams... So here's a flood of pictures like always ☺

Meet Cola Huffles :-) Realised I have no photos of her in my phone and so I snapped a few when I was taking one of the million breaks that I took!

Giant Hello Panda box ☺☺☺☺☺☺

The sunset through my windows

Our bracelets finally came ☺☺

Pretty sunrise and sunset in a day!!

Shh don't tell the librarian

Had three burger king meals in a weekend... The environment there is too conducive!

And lastly, the one who never fails to make me smile ☺

How do you drive yourself to work hard and mug? :( I can't find any motivation at all even when I really really need to study. Tips please!!

Haha hi Anonymous!

I'm not the most driven person around here but I can give you some tips. Hopefully it works for you too!

I think the most important thing is to find out what works best for you! Studying outside or at home or studying while having food or listening to music, etc. Personally I like to study at the library because it's quiet and I can concentrate better :)

Also, when you're taking a bus or the train, talk yourself out of just sitting there daydreaming. Think about it this way, it's either you take a nap and wake up rejuvenated to study at home later on or you study on the train/bus, so you won't waste any time!

Another thing that works for me sometimes is my reward system teehee. I always write down what I plan to accomplish by the end of the day on an app (Colornote on Anroid), then I write down a reward (something you really want! Once I promised myself this cardigan I really wanted and I managed to accomplish tons in that day!). But be sure to be disciplined and DO NOT get the reward if you didn't accomplish everything (that's the part that I'm not good at, haha). Try not to be unrealistic when you set aims, that will only discourage you from completing anything at all!

Remember to set targets and goals before your papers and compare them with your actual grades later on. This helps you to keep record of your progress :) Even if you fail this time, there's always a next time!

Good luck!
