The end, or a fresh beginning? (Part 1)

I had a pretty hectic week this week.
So hectic that I'm going to split this post into two parts so that this space won't be too flooded.

Many of you would already know that I went to the SSEF again this year. Last year was a great experience, and this year was too; but it was an entirely different one. I got an award. I know some of you think that it's nothing - just a Merit, it's just "better than nothing". I can't say I was very thrilled with what I got too and I'll be honest that I didn't really feel anything when I was awarded the Merit. Well all the cheering (the results of having thick-skinned friends but whom I love with all my heart) did make me feel happy, like I actually did something great. I just... didn't really feel any excitement. Maybe I expected more, but I know my limits and I know where I can go with what I had.

But it's okay and it's over so there's no use crying over spilt milk :)

I was also awarded cookies shortly after I received my award ^__^ Happy girl that day!

This also possibly marks the end of my research journey... Unless I decide to take up computer or electrical engineering! Hehe. Throughout these three years of research, I really grew a lot in terms of independence in thinking and problem solving. It might not be as obvious as it should be but I think I gained a lot from my H3 experience especially! I don't think I'm going to get a distinction but the skills I learnt will carry me through a lifetime :)

Ended off two days of walking around in court shoes and a blazing red blazer with a yummy meal at Manhattan Fish Market! Dory omg

Okay so I got judged for going to NUS open house -__- Anyway I still found it pretty useful because now I know what courses I am most probably going to take! Or try to take. Hehe. The day started off with a "surprise" which I already guessed but I guess it still counts as a surprise hehe ^__^

I love surprises :)

Okay I shall work hard so I can get into the courses that I want to take!!! Motivated. Go go Szeying

Hey guys, please support my friend's online boutique! Personally I really like the fact that they don't sell the usual stuff that other livejournals sell so you won't have to worry about getting the same stuff that your friends probably already have/seen somewhere. Support k ^__^

Got myself this skirt from them and I really like how unique the design is!

(To be continued with lots of greenery and sunshine)
